How long will it take my order to ship?
We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. There may be exceptions for large or custom orders
Will you price match your items on Amazon?
Yes! We do sell on Amazon (doesn’t everyone?) and sometimes our prices will be different. We aren’t trying to be sneaky but with over 11,000 SKUS as of this post, it can be tricky to keep up with every price and item. If you find our items on Amazon for less, let us know and we can work out a refund for you.
What methods do you use to ship orders?
We use the USPS and Fedex Home, Fedex Ground and Fedex Express to deliver packages. It is at our discretion which carrier to use unless otherwise instructed. We encourage customers with PO Boxes to also provide regular addresses
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 for the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii are more. If shipping to Alaska and Hawaii appears to be out of whack at checkout, contact us and we can arrange shipping.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may do a return as long as the item was not custom cut for you with specific dimensions. Shipping costs back to us are the customer’s responsibility
Do you do custom Cutting?
Custom cutting is available per request. Email us for information. There are no set up fees or major add-ons. From experience custom mats should be discussed to make sure of proper opening and outer measurement sizes.
