Q: Do you offer custom matting?

A: Yes.  Just email or call for pricing.  We can cut any size mat with any size opening and typically there is only a minimal up charge.  We can do multiple openings for you as well. Just send us a sketch showing your design and we can take care of the rest.

Q: Do you cut your mats by hand?

A: No.  We have 3 computer driven mat cutting machines that allow us to turn out hundreds of mats in a short period of time.  This also ensures that your mats will all be the same size every time with no over cuts or bad edges or corners

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Typical turn around on any size order is 1-2 business days.  

Q: I see the shipping is a flat rate of just $9.95.  What shipper do you use?

A: For the flat rate shipping we will use either USPS priority mail or Fed-Ex/UPS ground.  For the flat rate of $9.95 we elect to use the most economical shipper while still making sure you get your order in a timely fashion. You can choose the expedited shipping if you need your order there faster. Or if you have a carrier that you prefer, let us know and we can work with you to make that happen.

Q: I see you offer over 40 colors, can I get any mat or double mat in any color/ color combo?

A: Yes!  Unfortunately with over 40 colors to choose from to create color combinations for all possible scenarios is impossible online, but if you want or need any specific combination of colors just let us know and we can make it happen. 

Q: I see bulk matting and package pricing, but what if I need more mats etc... Do you offer bigger bulk discounts?

A: If you need higher quantities than we have listed, just let us know and we will work with you on a larger order. 

Q: If I order double mats, are they adhered together?

A: No, all double mats are shipped with the top and bottom mat seperate and its up to you to put them together.

Q: How do make sure my order will arrive safely?

A: We take great pride in the packaging process.  We know how fragile matting and our other products can be so we take a lot of steps to make sure that your mats will arrive without bent corners, creases or crushed.  From heavy duty cardboard pads and bags to sandwich the mats to peanuts and bubble wrap, we will make sure it arrived safe.

Q: You guys did a great job on the packaging but my carrier was still able to destroy my order.  What do I do?

A: No matter how hard we try sometimes the post office or UPS still finds a way to destroy or damage an order.  Take a picture of the damaged package and products and email us at bux1picturematting@gmail.com and we will help you through the process.
